  3. The URL of the material on our Site that you want removed;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. We review every valid request and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
